- A Diet high in Nutrition:
Balance your diet and avoid all the processed and junk food you are so fond of. Include a lot of salads in your meals so that your body can get all the vitamins, minerals and other nutrients it so requires. Try avoiding refined sugars as this is known to be harmful. Forget about your taste buds and concentrate on your health.
- Dealing with the Sun:
For that healthy skin you need avoid going out in the harsh sunlight. If it is absolutely important for you to get out, ensure you use sunscreen so that you get the required protection against the sun.
- Water and Water:
Stop reaching out for that bottle of soda every time you are thirsty. Instead keep a bottle of crystal clear water close to you so that you sip on this whenever you are thirsty.
