All you need for this workout is a chair. The four-move circuit listed below needs to be repeated as many times as possible in a time span of seven minutes. If you wish to do this for fifteen minutes, you need to take rest for a minute before you repeat the procedure.

*Hover and hold for around 20 seconds.

*On the Heel side eight reps on each side, a total of 16 reps.

*Modified bicycle is eight per each side with a total of 16 reps.
