Tips for Gorgeous Skin and Hair
Beauty is not having a fair skin or that perfect nose. It is definitely about having healthy skin with a glow which speaks of an inner beauty. Long, lustrous hair which is not dry and frizzy is what most women desire. You spend thousands trying out new products and visiting the salon for that perfect hair and skin. Why not choose some natural products which can save you the effort and the money on all the beauty products. These products take time to work but you need to make sure you make that effort and have the required patience.
- Tired and Dull Skin:
Massage your skin with papaya. Then make a scrub by mixing honey and oats with a little cold milk. Scrub your skin with this and then wash it off with milk which is ice cold.
- Dull and Oily skin:
You need to massage your skin with yogurt which is ice cold, after you have sprinkled some sugar. You need to make sure the sugar granules melt by massaging your skin with orange peels. Wash off with ice cold water and feel the glow.
- Natural Hair Color:
Simmer a few sprigs of rosemary in 2 cups of water with 2 tsp of black tea till this is half in quantity. Mix ¼ cup of shampoo in this and use this every time you wish to shampoo your hair. This shampoo needs to be left in your hair for at least 15 minutes. You do not need that henna you so often use.
- Frizzy Hair:
Simmer slices of lemon in two cups of water till this is half the amount. This liquid needs to be poured into a spray bottle. Spray your hair with this solution. This eliminates the dry and frizzy hair.
- Dark Circles and Eye Bags:
Freeze used chamomile bags. Massage the area around your eyes with grated cucumber. Place the frozen chamomile bags on your eyes only after lying down for around 10 minutes. There is a big difference to how your eyes feel and look.
- Smooth Back:
You need to make sure you have a smooth back when you wish to wear clothes which are low-back. Mix half a cup of olive oil with 1 cup of sea salt. Mix this well after adding a few drops of sandalwood oil. This can be used for scrubbing your back. Wipe this off with a wet towel.
- Tired Eyes:
A hectic life-style can not only tire you but can also make your eyes tired. You need to refresh your eyes with this ‘eye-wash’. Add few drops of rose water to a bowl of iced water along with a few drops of honey. You need to immerse your eye into this mixture. It is important that you make fresh mixture for the other eye. You can then splash your eyes with clean mineral water. You might experience a little redness but after a short time you find your eyes refreshed.
Natural remedies are not only effective but also work out safer.
